A 4 pole Leroy Somer LS52.3S6 Alternator was supplied, incorporating tropical protected with impregnated windings, standard 6-wire winding, automatic voltage regulator, voltage adjustment potentiometer and under frequency protection and an anti-Condensation heater.​

Container

​Our engineering team designed and manufactured a bespoke Container at 75dBA@1m (in FCC).
Provided with: Roof mounted air inlet with motorized louvres, end mounted hot air outlet attenuator with gravity louvres. Attenuation was designed in accordance to meet the specified noise level requirement of 75dBA@1m.
Comprising a flat sheet steel outer skin, acoustically rated inner lining and perforated sheet steel inner skin to both casing andinternal splitters, fitted with bird guard mesh screen and fixed pitch weather louvers. Bunded floor c/w leak detection switch. Roof mounted stainless steel silencer.

Day Tank

​A 1,000L free standing day tank was mounted in the container complete with fire valve and an automatic fuel transfer system.

Electrical Package Specification

All wiring was securely fixed within galvanised conduit in accordance with IEE regulations.
Comprising of an electrical package including:

• 3 x 5’ fluorescent lights c/w diffusers
• 2 x metal clad switches.
• 1 x 13amp switched socket outlet with RCCD.
• 1 x Consumer unit.

Control System

Genset control system ComAp IG-NTC-BB with Inteli Vision 5 - a comprehensive gen-set controller for both single and multiple gensets operating in standby or paralleling modes including 10A battery charger (incl. BC Failure & Boost) mounted on a vibration isolated robust steel enclosure.
The free standing master panel included:

2 x IM-NTC-BB with InteliVision 5 (MCB firmware)
2 x Intelipro relays for G99
2 x Inteli Vision 5 (remote display for genset mounted IG NTC-BB)

Factory Test

Before the genset left the factory it underwent an individual load test, and all protection device and control functions were checked prior to despatch as part of the 4 hour FAT test.

The full functionality of master control panel was also demonstrated in the electrical test room. Full site commissioning was completed over five days on the customer site.
